1. Raw Materials In
We start with the highest quality raw materials. All timber, boards, foams, and upholstery supplies are sourced from trusted UK and European suppliers who meet our standards for durability, sustainability, and consistency. On arrival at our UK factory, every batch is checked before entering production.

2. CAD Drawings & Design
Every product begins with a precise CAD drawing. Our in-house design team creates technical drawings and CNC-ready cutting files for all components, ensuring geometric accuracy and manufacturing consistency. Whether it’s a standard piece or a bespoke order, this step bridges concept to production.

3. CNC & Cut to Size
In our joinery workshop, timber and board materials are cut to exact dimensions using CNC machines and panel saws. Components are labelled, sorted, and prepped for machining. This marks the transformation from raw material to precision component.

4. Machining & Edging
Cut components are shaped, routed, drilled, and edged depending on the design. This includes everything from joinery prep to applying edge banding or laminate. All machining is done in-house, ensuring full traceability and control.

5. Assembly
Parts are assembled by hand using tried-and-tested joinery methods including dowels, biscuits, glued blocks, and screw fixings. Our experienced team ensures every frame is solid, square, and built to last

6. Spray Shop Finishing
Assembled frames and visible timber elements are finished in our in-house spray shop. We apply stains, lacquers, and paints using commercial-grade finishes. Surfaces are sanded between coats to achieve a smooth, durable finish — whether natural or coloured.

7. Upholstery
Upholstery is carried out on-site by our skilled team. Foam is cut, shaped, and applied before fabrics or leathers are hand-fitted for precision and comfort. We work with both standard house materials and customer-specified COM fabrics, offering full flexibility.
